Creative interpretations of conceptual themes from class lectures and research are combined to create an interactive print-at-home activity book for self exploration. The activity book explores themes of inspiration, equality and self-esteem. The inspiration came from the idea of adults sitting at home during the first COVID-19 lockdown, facing personal introspection and boredom.
